Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions by email. Please do not send any item back without first receiving return authorization and return instructions from us.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Depending on availability and the circumstances, we may require you to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, applicable consumers may have a right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, subject to applicable law and any applicable exceptions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
